THROUGH THE AGES

The villa on the banks of the Alster was built 140 years ago as a residential building with a classic facade: three window axes, elegant layouts and a strong cornice are the defining elements.

Fifty years later, the house was rebuilt to a design by the renowned architect Martin Haller: the charming country house has now become a stately villa.

At the beginning of 2015, the comprehensive project development started. The once magnificent and meanwhile aged house has been extended by a penthouse and a new building on the Pöseldorfer Weg.

Directly at Hamburg’s Aussenalster, at an address that is considered one of the best in the Hanseatic city, a modern ensemble with a historic facade and seven exclusive apartments has been built.

Hamburg’s most popular local recreation oasis is easily reached. On an area of 164 hectares, kilometres of paths along the banks of the lake and impressive villa constructions provide opportunities for open-air cultural and sporting activities. Above all, the Außenalster lake area stands out because of the numerous cherry trees that have been planted along the western bank.

As well as an excellent connection to public transport, all the shopping facilities and trendy cafes and restaurants can be reached in a few minutes by foot or car. In particular due to its proximity to the Milchstraße and Mittelweg, the area around Pöseldorf is very popular among buyers and interested parties. Hamburg Airport and the city centre can also be reached quickly.

As with the refurbishment of the facade, the focus of the developers at the expansion of the building was that only high-quality materials were used.

A tasteful interior and ideal, generous ground plans are trademarks of this project. Large sunny roof terraces, balconies or the terrace of the ground floor apartment provide privacy in the middle of the city. The large windows ensure very good lighting conditions in the apartments.
