The villa on the banks of the Alster was built 140 years ago as a residential building with a classic facade: three window axes, elegant layouts and a strong cornice are the defining elements.

Fifty years later, the house was rebuilt to a design by the renowned architect Martin Haller: the charming country house has now become a stately villa.
