The key points of the contractual conditions: A termination exclusion (minimum duration) of two years is agreed for living space rental contracts; for the penthouse apartments (apartments 12 and 14), the minimum duration is three years. Rental deposit: Three months’ net rent excluding heating is to be paid in a single deposit to the rent deposit escrow account of the landlord before rental begins.

Rent adjustment: 2.5% annually on the basic rent. The first increase occurs at the start of the third year of renting. Availability: Late autumn 2016. The tenants will be informed in writing of the start of renting two months in advance. The prepayment of running costs includes operational costs, heating, water and cable TV (basic). The tenant is to conclude contracts for electricity and Internet/telephone with the providers directly. Underground parking space: €117 per month – optionally leasable if available. Note: A one-off contract processing fee of €175 is payable when the rental contract is concluded.
